Job Description:
As a Software/Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in strengthening our software development organization. You will have the opportunity to work on modern, modular, and stable platforms, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art software solutions. Your role will involve working in a Linux environment and leveraging your skills in software development, continuous integration, and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software components, focusing on stability, performance, and modularity.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute automated tests to ensure the reliability and quality of software products.
- Continuous Integration: Work within CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.
- Problem Solving: Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in software development and testing.
- Tooling & Infrastructure: Utilize and maintain software development tools and infrastructure, including SDKs, GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, and more.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine problem-solving attitude who is passionate about software development and testing. You should have a desire to build robust, modern platforms and enjoy working in an efficient continuous integration environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in C/C++ for POSIX-like environments.
- Experience with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
- Strong knowledge of SDK tools and infrastructures.
- Proficiency in version control tools such as GIT and Gerrit.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, including Jenkins.
- Shell scripting skills for automation in Linux environments.
- Experience in Docker, CMake, GNU Make, and REST APIs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Robot Framework, Gerrit Code Review, and GitLab is a plus.
